Founding and Managing Partner

Born in Yangon, in 1953 and admitted to the Legal Practice Area in 1983. After graduating with the law degrees of B.A(Law) and LL.B, He served as a lawyer in more than 120 civil suits and 25 criminal cases in his 37 years of legal experience.

He carries out his professional activities as the managing partner of Aung Shin Thant Legal and Business Consulting which he is the founder of.

He is specialized on Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Capital Transfers, International Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Trade Unions Law and Collective Bargaining Legislation and he is mainly giving consultancy services to the international companies.

He has a full professional proficiency in English and professional working proficiency in Chinese languages.
